Oxygen Therapy

Faster, more efficient healing.

Oxygen Therapy is an advanced medical treatment that enhances your body’s natural healing abilities.

Surround your body with concentrated, pressurized oxygen.

The pressurized chamber delivers 400 times more oxygen to your tissues and bones and mobilizes your organic stem cells to promote the regeneration of healthy tissues in the brain, blood vessels, muscles, and skin.

Concentrated oxygen can also help reduce pain and inflammation, infusing the blood with extra oxygen and speeding recovery from surgeries, injuries, and wounds.

Oxygen therapy is simple, effective, and completely painless.

Benefits of Oxygen Therapy

Oxygen therapy can create dramatic results when used therapeutically.

  • Boosts cellular energy and tissue function.
  • Promotes healthy blood vessels and new tissue growth.
  • Decreases swelling and inflammation.
  • Delivers powerful pain-relieving effects.
  • Enhances immune function to fight infections.
  • Strengthens cellular protection throughout the body.

How Oxygen Therapy Works

Oxygen therapy works by surrounding the body with pressurized oxygen. As you breathe in, your lungs take in more oxygen than they would at normal atmospheric pressure. This concentrated oxygen is then carried by your bloodstream to tissues and organs throughout your body.

During treatment, oxygen is dissolved into all of the body’s tissues and fluids, including plasma, central nervous system fluids, the lymphatic system, and even bone. This allows regenerative oxygen to be carried into areas of the body where circulation is diminished or blocked.

This increased oxygen:

  • Stimulates the production of stem cells.
  • Improves white blood cell activity to fight bacteria.
  • Reduces tissue swelling and inflammation.
  • Promotes blood flow and new blood vessel growth.

Oxygen therapy treatments also help mobilize stem cells, which are natural healing cells that promote healthy tissue regeneration. Stem cells that are mobilized can move to areas of injury and help repair damaged tissue, blood vessels, and nerves on a structural level.

Conditions Treated with Oxygen Therapy

Evidence has shown oxygen therapy to be safe and effective in treating a variety of conditions.

The International Hyperbarics Association (IHA) endorses oxygen therapy for a wide variety of common conditions, including the following:

  • Asthma
  • Bell’s Palsy
  • Sports-related Injuries
  • Depression
  • Migraine
  • Hepatitis
  • Heart Disease
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Strokes
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Brain Injuries
  • Spinal Cord Injuries

Oxygen therapy sessions can deliver higher levels of oxygen to the cells, which can lead to several regenerative and anti-aging benefits, including:

  • Higher levels of healthy collagen and elastin in the skin
  • Faster healing after surgery or other treatments like laser therapy
  • Improved circulation and detoxification
  • New tissue and cell regeneration
  • More energy, a stronger immune system, better sleep, and overall wellness

Oxygen Therapy for Anti-Aging

Get healthy, glowing skin with improved skin elasticity and fullness.

Scientific studies have shown that oxygen therapy can stimulate new tissue growth, promote healing, and repair skin. It may even be able to slow or reverse cellular aging.

Concentrated oxygen treatments encourage the formation of new collagen and new skin cells by encouraging new blood vessel formation. Studies have also shown that oxygen therapy stimulates the body to increase production of substances like vascular endothelial growth factors to attract and activate the cells needed for healing.

Faster Healing with Oxygen Therapy Treatments

Increased oxygen fuels the production of growth factors and naturally occurring stem cells to speed the healing process. It also increases oxygen concentration in the tissues, helping the body naturally resist infection.

Oxygen therapy sessions can be effective for reducing joint pain and arthritis symptoms by reducing inflammatory responses and mobilizing stem cells to heal tissues from within.

Oxygen Therapy for Brain Health

Concentrated oxygen reduces fatigue by supporting the growth of new blood vessels in the body and in the brain, for improved cognitive function, memory, and mood.

With more oxygen reaching the brain, you’ll feel more alert and clear-headed. This can lead to improved focus and concentration. Some studies have even suggested that oxygen therapy can help improve depression symptoms and reduce anxiety by increasing levels of serotonin in the brain.

Before Treatment

Before starting an oxygen therapy session, for your safety and comfort, you may be asked to empty your pockets and remove specific items like shoes and jackets.

During Treatment

Oxygen therapy is administered in a state-of-the-art, single-person chamber that you sit or lie down in. The chamber is sealed and then filled with pressurized oxygen, which will slowly increase until it reaches approximately two to three times the normal air pressure.

You may notice mild pressure or discomfort in your ears, similar to what happens on an airplane or traveling at higher elevations. These sensations are normal and are commonly relieved by yawning or swallowing.

While you’re receiving oxygen therapy, we want you to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible. You can watch TV, listen to your choice of music, or catch up on your favorite podcast. An assistant will be available throughout the entire session, and we’ll be close enough to see you and speak with you at all times.

Oxygen therapy sessions last anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes depending on your needs and preferences. After your session ends, we slowly depressurize the chamber and help you out of the unit.
