If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Northeast Georgia Aesthetics, LLC, 4889 Golden Parkway, Ste. 110, Buford, GA 30518.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Advanced Regenerative Therapy, accessible from https://regenatl.com.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and only applies to defective or damaged products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Supplements that have had their seals broken, cosmeceuticals that have been opened and used, nutraceuticals that have been opened and used, and medical testing kits cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 10-14 days for the refund to post to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Then contact your financial institution that you made the transaction with, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

As a general practice Northeast Georgia Aesthetics, LLC does not accept or process health insurance benefits in exchange for medical treatment. All services provided are based on Point Of Sale Treatment and payment must be rendered prior to receiving consultation, diagnostics, testing, or treatment.
As a courtesy, we will do our best to provide you with the documents that you request so that you may file your insurance claims for our services that your insurance may cover. Advanced Regenerative Therapy Atlanta does not assume or accept any liability or responsibility for decisions, approvals, co-payments, repayments, or communications between our clients and their health insurance providers or employers.
