The Flore Gut Test

How does the Flore Health Program work?

Patients receive a full scope analysis of the gut microbiome using a proprietary whole genome shotgun methodology combined with a built from the ground up bioinformatic pipeline identifying over 23,000 different organisms including viruses, phages, yeast, and fungi. While the patient is awaiting the results of their analysis, this Program provides a customizable Vitamin and Mineral Supplement (VMS) comprised of ingredients clinically proven to reduce inflammation and drive down the abundance of opportunistic pathogens in the gut.
- Step 2: Reduce
This quantifiable, in-depth analysis of the gut allows our team to properly custom formulate a gut health supplement necessary to improve bacterial diversity and increase the abundance of helpful bacteria within the gut.
- Step 3: Replenish
The patient receives a unique personalized gut health supplement that includes prebiotics and probiotics micro-manufactured on-demand in our GMP facility in San Diego, California and shipped on ice directly to their door. The Floré Clinical Microbiome Program offers additional prebiotic supplements to feed the good bacteria of the gut.
- Step 4: Reinforce
The patient receives a second microbiome analysis as part of this 6-month Program. The second analysis allows physicians to compare and track the positive impact of the Floré Clinical Microbiome Program and help provide a best practice solution for the patient’s gut wellness.
How do I get started?
We will give you a Floré Gut Health Test or have one shipped out to you. You will need to collect and return the stool sample to the Flore lab. It is required that you are not on antibiotics or have consumed alcohol before taking the sample. The sooner you send us your sample the sooner we get on preparing your custom formula!
